Valley Residential Services offers competitive wages with great benefits. We offer medical and dental insurance which are fully paid by the employer. We have an employer contribution 401K which does not require employee matching contribution. We also offer excellent vacation benefits. Employment starts as a "substitute" status which is often 40 or hours per week. Once an employee gets a regular position (full or part time), their 6 month waiting period will start. Once they complete the 6 month waiting period, they become eligible for benefits. Our vacation benefit starts at 11 hours per month, or just over 3 weeks per year.
