Skip Russell became a program manager in January 2007. He manages our Community Protection Program and and also manages some of our other DDD homes. Skip has been with the agency since 2002. He was a VRS volunteer from 1995 to 2002.
Skip has served as a local school board member from 2002 to 2008. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 - 1992 (active) and 1992 - 1996 (reserve). His wife Ditto (Mary) also works for the agency. She has been with VRS for over 20 years.
