
Executive Director Opportunity
A respected, multi-program nonprofit organization in SE Washington with 230 team members is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead our mission and guide the organization into its next phase of growth and impact.
Our organization provides vital services that strengthen lives and communities, including:

Supported Living services for adults with developmental disabilities (currently 65 clients)

Housing and support for homeless veterans (can serve up to 37)

Visitation and parent instruction programs for families involved with the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) (25-50 families at any given time)
The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, support a dedicated staff team, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure high-quality services across all programs.
The ideal candidate will bring:

Leadership experience in non-profit or human services organizations

Strong organizational and financial management skills

Ability to collaborate with the board and community partners

A commitment to staff/culture development

A commitment to serving vulnerable populations
Education: BA or BS degree required, with MA/MS degree preferred.
Experience: At least five years’ experience in a social services/business field required. At least two years’ Senior Management experience required.
At least two years’ experience and success in working with a Board in a Non-Profit Organization preferred.
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.
Salary range: $120,000-$140,000
