Kayla’s Dream is Coming to Life

You may remember Kayla’s story…

Kayla lives with a rare, debilitating heart condition along with a developmental disability, making daily life more complex and requiring ongoing support. But despite those challenges, Kayla has a dream, and she’s bringing it to life.

One of her biggest goals was to create her very own coloring book and sell it on Amazon.

Well… great news! With the help of Joe Zarate, our incredible Program Manager and Activities Director, the first batch has officially been printed, and it SOLD OUT!

How amazing is that?!

Joe is already working on getting more copies printed, and Kayla is one step closer to reaching her goal of selling her book on Amazon. With continued support and more sales, that larger print run will become a reality.

And there’s more behind this dream…

Kayla hopes to use the proceeds to buy a puppy, something she’s been wishing for and working toward.
