Port of Walla Walla Supports Dancing with the W2 Stars with $2,000 Grant

We are incredibly grateful to the Port of Walla Walla for recently awarding Dancing with the W2 Stars a $2,000 grant to help promote this year’s event on October 10.

This funding will directly support our regional marketing efforts as we work to grow attendance and bring even more visitors into the Walla Walla Valley for this signature community event. Grant funds will be used for targeted advertising, digital and print promotional materials, social media outreach, and expanded visibility throughout the region.

Our goal is not only to fill the theater, but to continue positioning Dancing with the W2 Stars as a destination event—one that brings together local businesses, community leaders, visitors, and supporters while showcasing all that Walla Walla has to offer.

As shared in our proposal, the event attracts guests from throughout the Pacific Northwest, many of whom dine locally, stay overnight, shop, and experience the arts and culture of our community while attending.

This support from the Port of Walla Walla helps us continue expanding the reach of the event while supporting the mission of Valley Residential Services and the individuals we serve.
